Justin Closser (On The Right) is a Army Veteran whose life was re-invigorated by Cannabis after becoming a medical patient. With a grateful heart, a love for plants, and a desire to make a change – Justin took this new life and decided to devote it to cannabis. He left a full-time supervisory job and pursued an Associates in Horticulture from Finger Lakes Community College. He would graduate with honors, President of the Horticulture Club, a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, Coca Cola Academic Team, as well as recipient of the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence. He currently is conducting Cannabis Research at another institution- which would prefer to not be named due to the nature of the federal legislation currently.
Steve VanDeWalle (On The Left) is a seasoned Cannabis entrepreneur, advocate, and consultant — and is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tiva Naturals. He was a co-founder and former Deputy Director of Roc NORML, and co-founder of Morales Family Farms. He obtained his MBA from the Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester, and has a B.S. in Brain and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Rochester.
